Since October of 2005
Frank Civil Consulting has assisted Developers, Owners, Homeowner Associations, Commercial and Property Managers on various projects ranging from 2+ acre Multi-Family, 15+ acre Retail, Commercial Office and Industrial sites, Residential Developments, and 500 to 8500 acre Master Plan Communities. Frank Civil Consulting provides its Homeowner Association and Property Management Partners Pavement and Storm Water maintenance and remediation Consulting. Frank Civil Consulting provides a non-biased, “no-nonsense” approach to pavement and stormwater maintenance. The approach to pavement consulting involves a multi-faceted review of all conditions surrounding pavement longevity and esthetics. These steps include evaluation of pavement-related stormwater components in pavement and common areas, landscape irrigation, sub-grade structural integrity, pavement, and base course structural integrity, and pavement aesthetics.
