Tyler Ware

Tyler has over 20 years of civil construction experience in both public infrastructure and private HOA projects. His entire career has been dedicated to building and maintaining highways and private subdivisions. He previously worked for a large heavy highway company in Idaho during the first ten years of his career before joining Frank Civil Consulting in 2013.  He has extensive knowledge of the pavement maintenance industry and all aspects of client relations thanks to the mentoring and guidance of some of the most respected in the industry.  He has proven experience and knowledge specific to field operations and client representation including but not limited to; pavement maintenance, planning, budgeting, bidding, project management, construction oversight, and project close-out. Throughout Tyler’s career, he has honed his expertise in all areas of asphalt and customer service, ensuring successful and efficient execution of projects while exceeding clients’ expectations and delivering high-quality results. Mr. Ware’s passion and ownership of the projects he is involved with significantly separates him from the industry standard of representation.
