Mike Rhodes
Engineer
Mr. Rhodes is a Registered Professional Engineer holding licenses in Arizona, Michigan, and Nevada with extensive experience in the design and management of residential and commercial developments throughout the greater Phoenix metroplex.
Following his move to Arizona from Michigan in 1984, he has served in several key roles including Vice President with Coe & Van Loo, Engineering Services Manager for David Evans & Associates, Director of Operations for the WLB Group in the Tempe office, Executive Vice President of Landmark Engineering and Senior Civil Engineer and acting Director for the Gila River Indian Community Department of Public Works.
Throughout his career, spanning over 40 years, Mr. Rhodes has been involved in the technical design and project management aspects of master-planned communities, multifamily and commercial developments. His strengths include the ability to provide practical engineering solutions and communicate effectively with staff, clients, and public agency personnel.
