Zach Smee

Mr. Smee is a recently registered Professional Engineer with almost 12 years of diverse work experience, including surveying, construction management, estimating, structural inspecting, and analysis. Mr. Smee was responsible for surveying the foundations for the Solana Power Generating station outside of Gila Bend, AZ, and transitioned into construction management for different aspects of the station, including the construction of the solar power storage tanks, modular piping systems, and solar mirror field. He then did construction earthwork and asphalt quantity estimating for Ace Asphalt. Mr. Smee also worked for Tower Engineering Professionals for 5 years doing structural engineering analyses on cell phone towers.  For Frank Civil Consulting, Mr. Smee designs and draws grading & drainage plans in AutoCAD for residential and commercial properties, suitable enough for submittal per city and county municipality guidelines.   Mr. Smee’s technical and professional strengths include strong communication with colleagues, co-workers, and clients. He also has extensive technical experience with modeling programs, such as AutoCAD, RISA, and SolidWorks.
